- Responsibility: Manages daily business activities, workflow, staff deployment, and ensures service delivery.
- Keeps the engine running smoothly, ensuring clients and staff are well coordinated. Organises ongoing CPD training, mandatory updates, and new staff induction and ensures staff are skilled, updated, and ready for client assignments.
