Role Overview
Driver's Mates assist delivery drivers with deliveries, collections, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting drivers with deliveries
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Obtaining delivery signatures
• Providing excellent customer service
• Following delivery schedules

Essential Requirements
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry goods safely
Desirable
• Previous logistics experience
