Employment Terms

Staff supplied by Marice Recruitment Agency Ltd may not be engaged directly by the client outside agreed contractual terms without written consent from the agency.

Payments

Invoices issued by the agency must be paid within the agreed contractual payment period.

Compliance

All candidates are verified to ensure compliance with UK healthcare employment regulations including Right to Work and qualification checks.

General Health & Safety Principles

MRA is committed to ensuring, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all agency workers placed in warehouse and logistics environments. All workers must:

  • Follow all site-specific health and safety induction instructions
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times on site
  • Follow manual handling procedures and use mechanical aids where provided
  • Report hazards, near-misses and incidents immediately to site management and MRA
  • Not operate machinery or equipment without proper authorisation and training
  • Follow fire evacuation procedures for the specific site
  • Comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all applicable regulations
Reporting Incidents

All incidents must be reported to on-site management and to MRA within 1 hour of a serious incident. RIDDOR reporting requirements apply where applicable.
