Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MRA’s services.
Manage MRA’s social media platforms and online presence.
Create engaging marketing content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Promote job vacancies and employer branding initiatives.
Generate leads and support business development activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage the company’s brand identity and marketing materials.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare campaign reports.
Organize recruitment events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Build relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
* Experience working within a recruitment agency or HR environment is an advantage.

Social Media Marketing (Highly Preferred)
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong practical knowledge of social media marketing, including:
* Managing business pages across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
* Planning and maintaining a structured content calendar.
* Creating engaging posts that increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
* Designing social media campaigns for recruitment, employer branding, and lead generation.
* Writing compelling captions and calls-to-action tailored to different audiences.
* Understanding social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and best practices.
* Monitoring analytics and using performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Responding professionally to comments, messages, and online enquiries.
* Scheduling and publishing content using social media management tools.
Digital Marketing
* Good understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
* Experience running digital campaigns across social media and other online platforms.
* Knowledge of email marketing and campaign management.
* Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Content Creation
The candidate should be able to:
* Design attractive graphics for social media, flyers, posters, and promotional campaigns.
* Produce short promotional videos and reels suitable for social media.
* Create engaging written content including blogs, job adverts, newsletters, and website content.
* Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
Preferred software includes:
* Canva
* Adobe Photoshop (advantage)
* Adobe Illustrator (advantage)
* CapCut
* Adobe Premiere Pro (advantage)
Communication Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
* Ability to communicate professionally with clients, candidates, and business partners.
Analytical Skills
* Ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.
* Experience using social media insights and analytics.
* Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an added advantage.

The Marketing Manager will be assessed on:
