About MRA
Marice Recruitment Agency Ltd (MRA) is a UK-based specialist staffing agency operating across Healthcare, Warehouse and Logistics, and Cleaning Services. We are launching our Cameroon branch in Limbe in January 2027 and we are building the team that will make it happen.

The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PA to support our Recruitment Manager as we grow. This role is fully remote from August to December 2026, then fully on-site in Limbe from January 2027.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Recruitment Manager
Maintain recruitment schedules, trackers, records, and documentation
Monitor recruitment tasks, deadlines, and pending actions
Monitor and organise incoming applications
Assist with candidate screening and shortlisting based on approved criteria
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment statuses
Follow up with candidates regarding outstanding information or recruitment processes
Schedule and confirm candidate interviews
Send interview invitations, reminders, and relevant instructions
Coordinate interview changes and rescheduling
Record interview outcomes and follow up on pending interviewer feedback
Handle routine communication with candidates and departmental managers
Follow up on recruitment requests, interview feedback, and outstanding actions
Escalate sensitive or decision-making matters to the Recruitment Manager
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly recruitment reports
Track applications, shortlisted candidates, interviews, selections, and vacancies
Provide accurate recruitment data for management review
Assist in coordinating recruitment requirements with departmental managers
Schedule recruitment meetings and maintain action points
Follow up on departmental staffing requests and recruitment needs
Assist with collecting and organising documents from successful candidates
Coordinate pre-onboarding communication with HR and relevant departments
Track outstanding onboarding requirements
Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and company information
Follow MRA recruitment policies, procedures, and professional standards
Identify administrative gaps or delays in the recruitment process and suggest practical improvements
Perform any other duties assigned by the Recruitment Manager

Requirements

What We Are Looking For
Minimum 1–3 years experience in an administrative, PA, or recruitment support role
Prior exposure to recruitment/HR processes preferred (candidate tracking, interview scheduling, onboarding)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an advantage
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning recruitment/HR software
Strong follow-up discipline, able to track outstanding actions to closure without prompting
Able to work independently and remotely
Trustworthy and professional with sensitive and confidential information
Based in Cameroon; able to work on-site in Limbe from January 2027
