Marice Recruitment Agency Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to join our client's team, working across warehouses and factories.

Role Description
As an Industrial Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and free from hazards.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, production areas and common areas
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery, such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers and pressure washers
- Use cleaning chemicals and materials safely and efficiently
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Work collaboratively with other cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard

Skills & Competencies
- Physical stamina to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of health and safety, including around machinery and vehicles
- Previous experience as an Industrial Cleaner or in a similar role (preferred but not essential)

Duties
- Complete cleaning tasks in line with the site schedule
- Safely operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment
- Ensure all areas are left clean, safe and compliant with site standards

Requirements

- Right to Work in the UK
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous industrial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Basic knowledge of health and safety
- Understanding of COSHH (training provided if required)
Pay Rates:
- Weekday day shift: £13.50/hr
- Weekday night shift: £14.00/hr
- Weekend day shift: £14.00/hr
- Weekend night shift: £14.50/hr
- Bank holidays paid at time and a quarter (1.25x)
