Role Description
This is a flexible, onsite role across various healthcare settings in London. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical care, supporting care teams, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
As we provide 24/7 care services, flexibility is essential. You may be required to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, depending on service needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Administer medications safely and in line with NMC guidelines
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Develop, implement, and review care plans
- Supervise and support Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers
- Respond to clinical needs and emergencies appropriately
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety standards
Skills & Competencies
- Current NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of medication administration and care planning
- Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care
Duties
- Provide direct nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
- Lead and coordinate care delivery within the team
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Uphold dignity, respect, and patient-centred values at all times
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
- Valid NMC registration (essential)
- Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing setting (desirable)
- Strong clinical and organisational skills
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Excellent written and spoken English
