Role Overview
Marice Recruitment Agency Ltd (MRA) is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support warehouses, distribution centres, and logistics facilities across London, Kent, Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Northampton, and the Midlands.
The successful candidate will assist with warehouse operations, stock handling, order fulfilment, and the maintenance of a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Sorting and organising stock
• Labelling and scanning products
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness
• Following health and safety procedures
• Reporting stock discrepancies
• Supporting inventory control activities

Picker & Packer
Role Overview
We are looking for motivated Pickers & Packers to support order fulfilment operations for warehouses and distribution centres.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Picking products accurately
• Packing items securely
• Labelling products
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Quality checking products
• Meeting productivity targets
Essential Requirements
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
Desirable
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience with handheld scanners
